Driving Directions:
Coming North or South on I-95, exit at Highway 50. Go East approximately 2 miles. Just over the rail road tracks is Hopkins Avenue. Take a left at the light and we are 2 blocks on the right hand side. There is a “Yoga” sign out front.
Coming North on US-1, turn left onto Highway 50. Turn right at the first light, Hopkins Avenue. We are 2 blocks on the right hand side. There is a “Yoga” sign out front.
Coming South on US-1, turn right onto Highway 50. Turn right at the first light, Hopkins Avenue. We are 2 blocks on the right hand side. There is a “Yoga” sign out front.
Coming East on Highway 50 from Orlando, follow the same directions as you would coming from I-95 North or South.
Coming East from Highway 528 (Beechline), take Highway 405 towards Cape Kenedy. Take I-95 North 3 miles to Highway 50. Go East approximately 2 miles. Just over the rail road tracks is Hopkins Avenue. Take a left at the light and we are 2 blocks on the right hand side. There is a “Yoga” sign out front.
