Welcome to Bikram’s Yoga College of India, Titusville. We are committed in providing a fun, safe, and compassionate atmosphere where you will learn to “train your mind, using your physical body,” while practicing Bikram’s Beginning Yoga Class. This 90 minute class consists of 26 different postures, with 2 breathing exercises, that will work every muscle, bone, organ, system, and nerve, in your body, down to the cellular level.
We are dedicated in teaching only Bikram’s Beginning Yoga Class with certified Bikram Yoga instructors.
